“AVR has performed several
audiovisual installations for rooms ranging from a 30 seat classroom with video conferencing capability to a fully equipped
275 seat, state of the art, auditorium. We in Multi Media Services, the department for which I am the director,
have been very satisfied with both the quality and performance of the equipment which AVR installed but even more so, we have
been impressed with the high quality of their personal service which focuses on client satisfaction. I
am most appreciative of how well they listen to our needs and objectives with each project and I think they do a terrific
job matching the scope of the installation to the available budgetary allocations. Throughout the process, beginning with
initial planning, then proceeding through contract, plan execution, document sharing, installation, training and preventative
maintenance visits, AVR has been a pleasure to work with. AVR has brought to our projects both a high level of technical expertise
and a broad range of experience in the field which has contributed to helping us make the right choices.” – Russ

AV Asset Management with Predictive and Reactive Maintenance Services
AV assets continue to be more complex each year. Serial numbers,
firmware and software upgrades, and service logs create a mountain of minutia that can boggle the mind. As a result of our
training and experience, organized and disciplined approach, as well as vast contacts within the AV industry, we have solutions
for any problem you may be experiencing with your system. AV assets have become mission critical in most enterprises
today, and require periodic inspection, exercise, performance testing, cleaning and repairs. Further, the documentation needs
to be updated as the system matures. We not only provide a free site survey to investigate the problem, but we will also work
with you to arrive at an economical resolution.

Training in the AV Operational Art
AVR has a number of training modules, eleven with Certification Renewal Credit Approval for
CTS, CTS-D and CTS-I holders, on topics not available anywhere else, and has been providing training and corporate consulting
for technology managers, designers, and installers. Refer to the Training link for a complete list
of training modules approved for RU credits.
“Working with AVR on our quality management system has been a turning point within our
organization. Folks who were frustrated by their jobs are now energized. Projects can be completed with less re-work—one
recent project had a mere .01% failure rate during final test. This meant we were able to achieve 100% quality upon
delivery to our customer.”- Eric Condit, President, Five by Five Communications

Installation Consulting; Testing and Verification Services
Today’s audiovisual systems
are so complex that owners and even AV designers have difficulty in confirming that a system is in compliance with the original
intent. Because of this, there is an urgent need to have third party, truly independent testing of every aspect of the design.
Given that it is advisable to have someone other than the writer proofread a document, think of how much more important it
is to have a disinterested third party, one not part of the original design team, meticulously test and verify any audio visual
system procurement of substance.
“[AVR provided] the comfort of knowing that I have an expert team checking and confirming that the design,
installation and performance of some very expensive equipment is exactly as it should be.” – Elaine Manfredonia,
August Consultants
