AND SERVICING OF AUDIO VISUAL SYSTEMS, INCLUDING TRAINING AND EDUCATION IN THE OPERATIONAL ARTS
The Quality Policy has been established by top management
and is approved by the CEO. The Management at AUDIO VISUAL RESOURCES, INC. ensures
that its documented quality policy:
- Is appropriate to the purpose
of AUDIO VISUAL RESOURCES, INC. and includes a commitment to meeting requirements
and to continuing improvement and effectiveness of the quality system per the implemented
procedures
- Provides a framework for
establishing and reviewing quality objectives
- Is communicated and understood
at appropriate levels of the organization per the Training Procedure, and in addition, it is posted throughout visible areas
of the company
- Is reviewed
periodically for continuing suitability using its Management Review Procedure.
AVR is forever in the pursuit of the Subdued Grin. This is the grin produced when the customer hears clear,
undistorted sound in a space where previously there was only unintelligible noise, or the customer sees the clever innovation
on the touch screen user interface, or when the customer sees the system fully installed and tested before the due date. We
will also take the jump for joy, the wide-eyed grin, or the "yeah, baby!" low-pitched guttural yell.
It is the Vocation
of AVR to seek and acquire the Subdued Grin response from each and every customer.
